Return & Exchange Policy
Customers have up to 5 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return, refund, or size exchange.
Please note: Our courier partners do not permit package inspection upon delivery. However, if there is any issue with your order, you can reach out to us within the return window, and we will be happy to assist you.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

For orders within Cairo , returns and exchanges must be processed at our First Settlement office. Courier services are not available for these cases.

For orders outside Cairo , customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. In case of size exchanges, both the return and the reshipment delivery fees must be paid.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed , and with original tags attached .

Items without tags or those showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Exchanges and returns are only possible if the requested item is available in stock.
Return and Exchange Policy

Please note: The shipping company does not allow parcels to be opened upon receipt. However, if there is any problem with your order, please contact us during the return period and we will assist you.
